With over 40 plus years of commitment, innovation, and dedication to building communities, Michico is a renowned and accomplished entrepreneur, humanitarian, community liaison and a strong faith-based organizer.

As a dynamic teacher, mentor, and leader, who evangelizes the people of God to have unwavering faith, she guides them globally to creatively gain the benefits of the insurance business industry. Her organizational affiliations consist of Chaplin, Tau Gamma Delta Sorority Beta Chapter, Woman to Woman International Ministries, and Greater Rising Star Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

REV MICHICO has earned several state & federal licenses in the financial industry for investments, insurances, variable and index annuity products. She has more than 38 years in the Direct Marketing and Sales arena. Previous owner/operator of her own insurance agency for 26 years in Southfield Michigan, Marketing Director at Henry Ford Health Systems, Health Alliance Plan and Midwest Health Plan for 12 years. She is a master recruiter and has developed and trained several management teams.

Educated in the Detroit Public Schools, Bachelor’s in Psychology with a double minor in business and mathematics from Marygrove College, Detroit, Michigan. She is pursuing her Doctoral Degree at Density School of Ministry in Utica Michigan.
